Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in the world, and generally ship within 2 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This depends on the shipping provider you choose.
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including shipping carrier delays, weather or customs processing. You will be notified of shipping updates including tracking numbers via the contact information provided during checkout.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For all orders, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges and any other fees required by your country for importing shipped goods.
For a full field deployment, we recommend ordering devices 6-8 weeks prior to deployment. This allows for processing, shipping and for you to become familiar with assembling and programming devices.
Returns
If you have concerns or issues, please contact us. We'll work with you and do our best to resolve the situation.
We accept returns of unopened goods within 14 days of receipt and provide a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Damaged Goods
We will replace, repair or credit you for any product confirmed defective due to manufacturing and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
For all other issues, such as failure or damage of the product after to delivery to you, due to misconfiguration, failure to follow the product’s assembly or safety instructions, field preparation, improper handling, field damage, accident, abuse or misuse, we will work in good faith with you to resolve them and may offer replacements.
Products that are not manufactured by Freaklabs may, or may not, be covered by original manufacturer's warranty and passed through to you. Please contact us to confirm warranty period prior to purchase.
