8. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

9. Limited Product Warranty
We warrant Freaklabs manufactured products will be free from manufacturing defects upon shipping. We will replace, repair or credit you for any product confirmed defective due to manufacturing. For all other issues, we will work in good faith to resolve them with you and may offer replacements at our discretion. Please contact support@freaklabs.org with any issues.
Warranty will not apply if the product fails or is damaged after delivery to you due to improper handling, failure to follow the product’s assembly or safety instructions, assembly or field preparation, misconfiguration, field damage, accident, abuse or misuse.
Products that are not manufactured by Freaklabs may, or may not, be covered by original manufacturer's warranty and passed through to you. Please contact support to confirm warranty period prior to purchase.
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, except for the express limited warranties set forth above, products are provided “as is” and “as available” and Freaklabs and its suppliers make no warranties under this agreement, express, implied, or statutory, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any implied warranties arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade under or in connection with the products. Freaklabs does not warrant that the products and content will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or that they will be secure or virus-free. No oral or written information or advice given by Freaklabs, its agents or other representatives or employees shall in any way increase the scope of Freaklabs’s warranties under this agreement. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Freaklabs and its suppliers do not make, and expressly disclaim, any and all warranties, express or implied, related to any third party intellectual property, technology or information provided as part of the product or documentation.
10. Technical Support
We offer technical support for products purchased through Shop.FreakLabs.org.
Please check the BoomBox Project Forums before reaching out to Tech Support. We answer all questions on BoomBox Project Forum, and this is often the quickest way to troubleshoot. Additional technical support is available through our customer service team and may be provided by email, phone, or through other communication methods at our discretion. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
- Support hours: We will respond to support requests as quickly as we can. However there may be times when we are in the field and unavailable. In such cases, we will notify customers of the timeframe where support responses may be slower.
- Support is limited to troubleshooting and assisting with the setup or use of the product in accordance with its specifications. Where support requests extend beyond this, any support or assistance is provided at our discretion.
- We do not provide on-site support or custom modifications to products unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.

11. Safety Clause
You acknowledge that certain products sold on Shop.FreakLabs.org, including technology and field equipment, may involve specific risks or safety considerations. 12. Export Compliance

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Freaklabs, and its suppliers, shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any indirect, exemplary, special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind arising in any way out of use of the products or website, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenues or data, or costs of replacement goods, even if Freaklabs has been advised of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of any limited remedy of its essential purpose.
