BoomBox v2 is now available. It has the same functionality as previous versions of BoomBox plus new features including multi-modal compatibility, an easier programming interface, SD card logging, power optimisations and more.
Our Upgrade Programme allows researchers to trade in their BoomBox v1.0 (and below) circuit boards for BBv2 circuit boards for $65 USD, currently 50% off the BBv2 full kit price. At the same time, researchers can reduce field waste by returning their current circuit boards for repurposing and responsible recycling.
Eligibility
- Available for customers with BBv1.0 and below
- Return units include working, non working or modified boards.
- Discount applies to BBv2 circuit boards only (not enclosures, peripherals, accessories, shipping, tax etc)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and returning boards within 14 days of ordering BBv2 boards.

To trade-in your boards, please submit a request below. We'll provide instructions on return shipping and how to order BBv2 boards only. After placing your order, send your current boards back with a tracking number, and we'll send you the upgraded circuit boards.
